    Like many of our customers, you may not have the skills or resources to do your own custom designs and printing. We have had many requests from our customers over the years, and now are making this service available to you. Many studios simply want their logo on their props as a means of identifying their items so that when they attend a seminar or industry event that requires them to bring their own props, they dont get lost.



    How do you get started? It’s easy!
    1. For orders or for more information, please call us at 888-886-YOGA (9642) or fill out the Custom Print Request Form.
    2. Email your print-ready image (please review our frequently asked questions for guidelines) and preferred mat placement for the image to printing@yogaaccessories.com.
    3. When we receive your artwork we will create a mock-up and send to you via email for you to review and approve.
    4. Once you are satisfied, please print, sign and return the order form to us either via fax to 309-407-1731 or scan and email to printing@yogaaccessories.com so that we can start creating your branded straps.

    • The image will be printed on a foam block that is 4'' high x 6'' wide x 9'' long.

    • Our highest quality, soft, scratch-resistant 4'' foam blocks.
    Go BackAm I limited to one color?
    • Yes.
    Go BackCan I have more than one image?
    • You can have multiple images as long as no one image is larger than 4''x7''. However, we recommend printing only one image on the block. In our experience, this is the most aesthetically pleasing.
    Go BackCan I print to the edge of the block?
    • No. We must allow for a 2'' border around the perimeter of the block.
    Go BackWhat is the minimum order size for custom printed yoga blocks?
    • The minimum order size is 24.
    • You can mix and match block colors to meet your needs. We currently offer custom printing on black, purple and blue 4'' foam blocks.
    Go BackWhat types of artwork do you need to make custom printed yoga blocks?
    • We require print-ready 300dpi artwork in non-compressed AI, PSD, EPS, PDF, 24bit PNG, Transparent TIFF or CDR formats.
    • All image files must be properly sized for the print area and be in the proper Pantone color(s). Maximum image size is 4''x7''.

    • We will provide one mock-up at no charge, so please be sure of what you would like to print before placing your order. YOGAaccessories.com offers design services at an additional cost to assist you should you need help or if you do not have print-ready artwork readily available, or need to have multiple mock-up designs created. Please place your order prior to submitting your artwork so that we have all of your requirements available. We reserve the right to charge a 10% penalty should you opt not to proceed with printing after design work has already commenced. Please contact us for more information.
    Go BackHow long will it take to receive my custom printed yoga blocks?
    • Normally, a number of factors affect the time it takes to print your blocks, including complexity of the image and desired quantity.
    • As a guide, please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your artwork, to when we ship your custom printed yoga blocks.

    • You can wash them with a mild soap and air dry.
    Go BackWhat type of ink is used to print on yoga blocks?
    • We use high quality, oil-based inks for printing. Because the inks are not water-soluble, with proper care and use, the print can be expected to last for the lifetime of the yoga block. Many “greener” inks tend to be water-soluble, and thus would not hold up well given the rigors of a typical yoga block.
    Go BackWill my blocks smell?
    • We recommend letting your blocks air out for 24 hours prior to using them so that any residual smell from the printing process is dissipated.
    Return Policy
    Custom printing is a special order, and all sales are final. As part of the process, you will be sent a mock-up of your design that you will be able to review and approve. Once you sign and return the order form to us, the blocks are printed. Once printed, returns are not permitted.
