This bolster is a good length and very dense. It has flattened somewhat, after about 6 weeks of use, but just enough to make it more comfortable. It is a high bolster though, so for me it's not comfortable in reclined poses where I need support under the length of my spine. For sitting poses or those needing support under the knees, it's great. The roundness helps to roll it into place. |

While the bolster is nice and supportive, putting the cover back on after washing in cold water and hanging to dry is impossible. I bought over $400 of these bolsters recently for yoga students and we have ripped most of the covers trying to stuff the heavy bolster back in them. We've had slightly better success with the rectangle bolsters but the covers are way too tight even when taking care not to shrink the covers by washing only in cold and air drying. It is not worth it and disapppointed. |

If you practice restorative yoga, you must have this bolster. It is soft and firm. I actually found it too firm so I unzipped the cover and took out some of the filling and then it was perfect. The material that it is made of is very high quality and working with Yoga Accessories is a dream. |
