The strap is so long that I can do all of the yoga poses that we do in class. It is also strong so it can hold my legs in place. |

I had an eight inch strap for years and it just wasn't long enough and was pretty much useless to me. I am so happy that I found Yoga Accessories and their 10 inch straps. I cannot even begin to tell you the difference it has made in my practice. |
