I have been looking for an affordable mat that was appropriate for pilates as well as yoga. This one does the trick.

Lightweight and thick
It is amazing how light this mat is and how easy it is to travel with because it is very thick and cushioned.

My own personal mat
I don't like using mats that hundreds of other people have used so I set out to get my own. This one was so affordable and I can use it for not only pilates, but for yoga too. It is lightweight and easy to carry to and fro.
