5 ft Thera-Bands®

Our individual Thera-Bands are sold in 5 foot long pieces. You may also purchase Thera-Bands in 150 foot rolls, which is long enough for 30 5-foot long bands.

TheraBand® exercise bands provide positive and negative resistance. When used properly they help improve strength, range of motion and flexibility of the muscles. They can also help restore muscle and joint mobility, plus they are portable and versatile with virtually unlimited uses.

TheraBand® provides the only resistive exercise bands endorsed by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). These 6'' wide latex bands come in different, color-coded resistance levels, distinguished by the thickness of the band allowing you to easily monitor your progress from one level to the next.
