These oversized blocks are just the ticket for students with tight hamstrings. They are great to use when introducing squats for those who are challenged with deep knee bending. And, we like to use them with poses like Triangle, Half Moon, and Warrior 3 as well as wide angle forward bends - sitting and standing. |
