I bought this basic level box for me and my girlfriend to use together and it is so easy to use. We purchased a second strap so we could both have one. There is nothing like practicing yoga together with candles.

Simple and easy to follow
I got this set as a gift to myself so I could start doing yoga at home. It is so easy to follow that even a yoga dummy like me can do it.
