Shoulder stand or legs up the wall: This is stimulating for the nervous system and helps you to relax, as well as cool your body.

Lying on a block underneath your upper back, place a wet washcloth over your stomach. Take a few deep breaths and allow your body to relax, and also physically cool down with the wet washcloth.

Do some yoga in a cool shower! Forward folds are great to cool your entire body and relax your mind. Allow the water to trickle down your back as you let your head dangle.
