    2. Email your print-ready image (please review our frequently asked questions for guidelines) and preferred mat placement for the image to printing@yogaaccessories.com.
    3. When we receive your artwork we will create a mock-up and send to you via email for you to review and approve.
    4. Once you are satisfied, please print, sign and return the order form to us either via fax to 309-407-1731 or scan and email to printing@yogaaccessories.com so that we can start creating your branded mats.

    • The image will be printed on a mat that is 24'' wide and 74'' long.
    • 14'' wide by 18'' long for single color.
    • 13'' wide by 16'' long for multi-color.

    • Our highest quality, extra-thick, deluxe ¼ inch yoga mat.
    Go BackAm I limited to one color?
    • We can print up to 3 colors on a single logo. Note that the quoted prices are for a SINGLE image. We can print multiple images as well as more than 3 colors, but you will have to contact us and we will provide a custom price.
    Go BackCan I have more than one image?
    • You can have multiple images as long as no one image is larger than 14''x18'' for single color (or 13''x16'' for multi-color). Prices quoted are based on single image. Extra fees apply for each additional image.

    • No. We must allow for a 3'' border around the perimeter of the mat.

    • The minimum order size is 24.
    • You can mix and match mat colors to meet your needs (minimum 12 mats per color).
    Go BackWhat types of artwork do you need to make custom printed yoga mats?
    • We require print-ready artwork in non-compressed Illustrator AI, Illustrator EPS, Vector PDF, or CDR formats.
    • All image files must be properly sized for the print area and be in the proper solid Pantone color(s). If Pantone colors are not provided we will try to match to the closest Pantone colors available.
    • We can only print solid colors (color at 100% density). Due to the printing process used, gradients and screens are not possible.
    • All image files must be properly sized for the print area and be in the proper Pantone color(s). Maximum image size is 14''x18'' for one color and 13''x16'' for more than one color.
    Go BackWhat if I don’t have my own artwork?
    • We will provide one mock-up at no charge, so please be sure of what you would like to print before placing your order. YOGAaccessories.com offers design services at an additional cost to assist you should you need help or if you do not have print-ready artwork readily available, or need to have multiple mock-up designs created. Please place your order prior to submitting your artwork so that we have all of your requirements available. We reserve the right to charge a 10% penalty should you opt not to proceed with printing after design work has already commenced. Please contact us for more information.
    Go BackHow long will it take to receive my custom printed yoga mats?
    • Normally, a number of factors affect the time it takes to print your mats, including complexity of the image, number of colors, and desired quantity.
    • As a guide, please allow 7 to 10 business days from the time we receive your artwork, to when we ship your custom printed yoga mats.

    • You can wash them with a mild soap and air dry.
    Go BackWhat type of ink is used to print on yoga mats?
    • We use high quality, oil-based inks for printing. Because the inks are not water-soluble, with proper care and use, the print can be expected to last for the lifetime of the yoga mat. Many “greener” inks tend to be water-soluble, and thus would not hold up well given the rigors of a typical yoga mat.
    Go BackWill my mats smell?
    • We recommend letting your mats air out for 24 hours prior to using them so that any residual smell from the printing process is dissipated.
    Return Policy
    Custom printing is a special order, and all sales are final. As part of the process, you will be sent a mock-up of your design that you will be able to review and approve. Once you sign and return the order form to us, the mats are printed. Once printed, returns are not permitted.
