This isn't your mother's yoga. Dance the Chakras Yoga Workout is divided into two 30 minute sessions. Starting with a complete 30 minute Kundalini yoga routine that is invigorating, dynamic, and profoundly effective, just like Ana & Ravi's other workouts. The second set is not your usual ''Trance'' fare, but an energetic, pulsating, sequence of mostly lead movement routines. This section is pretty aerobic and somewhat intense. Although the moves seem simple, those who don't have a dance or aerobic background may need to go through these a couple of times to familiarize themselves with the sequence. (This DVD allows the user to pre-program their own workout.) Dance 1 is Tribal Dance. The others feature Funky Temple Dance, Dance of Power, and Heart Dance. The last two are meditative (trance inducing).
