Fall Back Into Your Yoga Practice

If the new school year or return back to a regular work schedule has you neglecting your yoga practice, here are a few ways to gradually recommit to your practice:
- Instead of trying to get back into your old yoga schedule, try out a few new classes or class times that could work in your schedule. This will help re-introduce you back into your routine without making you feel constricted or too committed right away.

If you’d like to go back to your regular yoga routine, try starting with half the amount that you used to so that your body can get used to yoga again. You’ll also be reminding yourself mentally of how good you feel after your practice, which will make you want to come back for more.

If you’re looking for a new way to practice yoga, try buying a new yoga DVD, getting a week free pass from a different studio, starting your own home yoga routine where you get to make up the sequences, or ask a friend to come along with you to a class.
