It’s one of the most basics of health: drinking enough water. But many people just don’t like the taste or the boringness of water! Here’s how you can make water drinking a little more exciting, for you and for your kids:

To make water more sweet and colorful, cut up some lemons or oranges. Place them into a pitcher of water and keep in the fridge. Or, serve a glass of water to your kids with a slice of fruit on the side. Let your kids squeeze in the piece of fruit into their water.
