According to some yoga philosophy, the best decisions can be made within eight seconds. Eight seconds! Talk about a gut reaction! Eight seconds is definitely not enough time to make a pros and cons list or solicit the opinion of five of our closest friends.
Many of us blow up decision-making because we are afraid of taking action and making the wrong choice! Ask yourself if you are deciding not to take action and make a decision because you are fearful of making the wrong one, or are you fearful of what will happen when you make the right one?
If you don’t know, then it’s not time to make the decision. But if you do know, and are not acting on it, then you must ask yourself if you’re not making the decision because you are scared. Then you can dig even deeper and find out WHY, and then make the decision and move on.
