Do you find yourself zoning out during the beginning meditation in yoga, or on your own? Use this time to manifest success into your life by following these simple tips:

While breathing, think about breathing in energy that makes you feel like you are on top of the world and invincible – not in an aggressive way, but in a successful way. Give yourself permission to let go of any beliefs or thoughts that may be holding you back, and allow yourself to feel completely free.

Imagine how succeeding in a certain goal will make you feel – happy, relaxed, proud, etc. Use these feelings and while breathing, pretend like you’ve already succeeded and are already feeling these ways.

During your practice, continue manifesting success by returning to these thoughts and feelings while breathing. Use your practice as a vehicle to manifest success and enjoy the process along the way.
