The LifeBoard provides a portable, firm, non-slip exercise floor for practicing yoga anywhere. Are you frustrated with practicing yoga on a carpeted surface? Yoga is best practiced on a clean, firm, anti-slip surface, like a yoga mat on an exercise floor. The LifeBoard lets you do just that! Place the LifeBoard on just about any surface, then put a standard-sized yoga mat on the LifeBoard and enjoy your routines. The LifeBoard is durable, rigid and portable. It's made of recyclable High-Density PolyEthylene (HDPE).
Available in two different colors: Black and Green. The black LifeBoard uses 50% recycled HDPE. Each panel weighs approximately 8.5 lbs (17 lbs total when assembled). Assembled dimensions are: 73''L x 28 3/4''W x 5/8''H, which is a little larger than a standard yoga mat. The green LifeBoard is UV protected to prevent fading with extensive outdoor use.
