Monitor Your Water Intake

Here are some tips on when and how much water to drink:

Do NOT drink water while you’re eating – this interferes with the digestive system and can even cause bloating!

DO start your day off with a glass of water. Before bombarding yourself with caffeine, drink a glass of water and see if it not only quenches your thirst, but also energizes you.

Drink lots of water before, during, and after your workout. If you aren’t sweating, you aren’t drinking enough water. You need water in order to detoxify and release toxins.
