Power Yoga - Strength is a dynamic 20-minute sequence of poses to create a strong upper body, including arms, chest and back. Power Yoga - Flexibility is a brisk 25-minute flowing sequence of poses to increase flexibility and strength in the upper and lower body and back. Standing poses, forward bends and seated poses with the Sun Salutation, ending with restorative relaxation.
