Jackie Camborde's REAL WORLD YOGA®, it's not going to be just another workout. Jackie developed the Real World Yoga program because not all people who benefit from yoga are flexible, young and injury-free. In fact, most of the population is battling with at least one of these maladies, if not several. REAL WORLD YOGA® is a program that allows first-time yogis to work at a comfortable level – rest and modification of postures is emphasized throughout. On the flip side, experienced yogis can use the challenge modifications to go deeper in postures and add more power to the program. The workout is a vinyasa-style practice. Some poses can be held for several breaths to deepen the posture or to gain flexibility. The program is a great balance of challenge and relaxation, of give and take, and of working at a comfortable level with the ability to go deeper when ready.
