All returns must be authorized within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
We are unable to accept returns on international orders. Damaged shipments must be reported
to the carrier within five days of receipt.
We do not charge a restocking fee. We will credit 100% on items that are returned in new condition with original,
resalable packaging. We will issue a 50% credit for items where the original seal is broken and the item(s),
although not damaged, cannot be sold as new. We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way,
unless the damage is due to a flaw in the product itself. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
For large or wholesale orders, we charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.
This minimal cost only covers our fees to receive the order and restock the inventory.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been
processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time. If an additional amount is owed,
please include an authorization to charge the difference. Otherwise, we will immediately send
out the exchange item(s).
Important: We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in the mail when
being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s).
FedEx and UPS including tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase more insurance.
The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, so we advise that you purchase it at a
nominal fee.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed it online, you must call our customer service
department at 888-886-YOGA (9642). You will be refunded the entire amount of the order but only
if it has not been shipped.
