My neck was bothering me at work because my head is unsupported in my chair. I purchased the silk yoga neck pillow and when I get home from work I lie down with the pillow supporting my head. It has done wonders for me and my level of neck pain. Everyone who has a job that is a "pain in the neck" should get one of these pillows. |

I not only use this neck pillow during my restorative yoga class, but I use it at home when lying on the couch. It is the perfect size for supporting your head so you can relax deeply. |
