Stepping Up with Seasun Zieger is a fantastic new step workout with very creative combination that will challenge all the steppers who like to move continuously on and around the step without stopping. Enjoy Seasun's fun turns, pivots and advanced versions of the combination or stick with the modifier who keeps things more basic. After a quick cool-down, it is time to train the core section (small dumbbells are optional) with different variations of planks and crunches. A stretch completes the workout. Equipment needed: step and dumbbells (3-8 lbs). The DVD has multiple options and pre-mixes for different lengths of workouts to achieve optimal fitness results. Seasun Zieger has been a professional group fitness instructor for more than half of her life. She began teaching at the age of 17 and has since starred in a number of fitness DVDs. She holds multiple certifications including two from AFAA, Les Mills, and Urban Rebounding.
