So the sock are ok, I bought these to help with the problem I have with slipping especially in down dog. The gloves are light weight but they don't have a snug fit so they end up pulling between my fingers and it is painful. I have small hands so maybe if your hands are larger then you won't have the same problem I had. The sock are ok but they made my feet sweat.
