Many people like to view vacation as a break from working out and eating healthy. But really, that means you want to take a break from feeling good, treating yourself nicely, and doing positive things for yourself. Why would you ever want to do that? Here are some tips for how to work out on vacation:

Schedule your workouts just like you schedule your sight-seeing. Block off time and get it done!

Find a new trail or an active way to get around town. Lace up your tennis shoes and find an outdoor adventure (outdoor shopping doesn’t count!)

Explore the gym in your hotel or wherever you’re staying. Improvise your workout and use new equipment or a new routine by working with what you have.
