MORNING: Wake-up with sun salutations, sidebends, and core strengtheners to energize and clear your mind for the day ahead. (20 minutes)
NOON: Strengthen, refresh, and relax with shoulder openers, mild backbends, and standing poses. (20 minutes)
NIGHT: Soothe your body and mind, preparing you for deeper, more satisfying sleep with hip and hamstring openers and twists. (20 minutes)
