Product Highlights
The beauty of our new Yoga Board is in its simplicity and versatility. It replaces three
props - block, blanket and bolster - to effectively support your body in challenging poses.
Step-adjustable angles (approx. 30- to 60-degree) assist you in lengthening your
arms, legs and back, whether it's a Revolved Triangle Pose or a Chakra-opening
Backbend. The board is padded, nonslip, and has a chrome-plated base. It folds flat for
storage and transport, and no assembly is required to start using the board.
Includes pose guide and instructional DVD. Recommended for women under 5'9". Size is
13¾" W x 19¼" L x 3½" H when folded. Total weight is 8 pounds.
