I love my yoga jellies and use them because my wrist are weak and sore. When I use them I am able to do the poses which require wrist use (down dog and planks) without feeling sore the next day. I think they are worth every bit of the money. However I would like to comment on the shipping cost which I think was too much. I paid over $11 and noticed that the postage on the package only added up to a little over $8.

Great concept
I've got 2 sets--one for me, one for my husband. Kind of expensive, but preferable to having to stick a blanket under our knees.
Like it a lot but here's why I'm not giving it 5 stars. They are heavy for toting around so I don't take them with me every time I go to class. Thing is, they could be 1/3 to 1/2 the thickness and still be as effective, so why not offer that option? And for those who need extra support, they can double up.
Think about it.
