Product Highlights
A traditional meditation cushion, our round silk zafu has a luxurious, smooth silk cover
and pleated sides. Each zafu has a sturdy handle sewn tightly on one side. These zafus are
filled with organic buckwheat hulls. The buckwheat hulls provide a firm cushionioning, and can be
added to or removed, to adjust the cushioning, through a small side zipper.
The outer cover is made of a finely woven, smooth, high quality silk that is
very smooth. The zafus have a smaller zippered opening, neatly hidden
between pleats, that can be used to remove the cover and wash it. Each zafu
is 15" in diameter and 6" in height, and is available in a variety of colors.
Zafus are typically used with a zabuton cushion to provide comfort and support to assist
you in your sitting practice.
