Our zen pillow is similar to a traditional zafu, but rectangular instead of round! The rectangular shape makes this a versatile yoga prop, useful for meditation, sitting, and reclining poses. Each zen pillow has a sturdy handle sewn tightly on one end. This zen pillow is filled with organic buckwheat hulls, densely packed to provide a solid cushion, and yet is soft enough to be comfortable since the zen pillow is made with all natural fibers. The outer cover is made of a sturdy, 100% twill cotton. The zen pillows have a smaller zippered opening, neatly hidden beneath the handle, that can be used to remove the cover and wash it. You can also adjust the amount of stuffing in each zen pillow, thus changing the height and the firmness. Each zen pillow is 15'' long, 11'' wide, and 5'' tall, and is available in a variety of colors. Zen pillows are typically used with a zabuton cushion to provide comfort and support to assist you in your sitting practice.
