Our 100% cotton bolsters provide perfect support for many yoga postures. You will find that they are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The bolsters are stuffed with cotton blend batting and weigh in over 6 pounds. The bolsters are rectangular, and are 24'' x 6'' x 12''. Available in more colors than anyone else on the web.

Note: Please note that these bolsters are NOT filled with foam and because of the fluffy nature of cotton the actual measurements are slightly bigger. The measurements given above are from one seam to another. Cotton will settle over time.

	Restorative yoga teacher
	I teach 4 restorative yoga classes a week and 2 restorative yoga workshops a month. I love these bolsters. Some places I travel to teach don't have enough supplies so I bring my own. The color choices are nice so my supplies don't get mixed with the studio's. Love the Sinopia and Sage fun colors (students will choose these first).
