The Balance Step is a physical therapy and fitness tool that targets abdominal and back muscles. Soft, pliable, half-moon convex top side. Bottom side is hard, flat, and rigid. Use top side to balance and stabilize core. Arm stretch bands are attached to help stabilize and work our arms. Flip the Balance Step to stand on the flat side, bubble side down. Balance and strengthen the core using your own balancing skills or use the connective armbands to stabilize. Experiment with an array of fun exercises using the balance step. Includes hand pump.
