  • Set an intention for the day. It can be the same intention everyday, such as having patience, or it can change from day to day focusing on whatever is happening that day.

  • Eat a healthy breakfast first thing in the morning to set your body up for a healthy day.

  • If you like to exercise in the morning, incorporate that into your routine as well.

  • Try to establish a wake up time that you stick to each day. Then keep the order of your routine the same each day to establish structure.
