How to Make Your Own Healthy Cereal

If you’re looking for a healthy alternative to sugary cereals or cereals that are
lacking in protein, here’s a great way to start your day:

  • Place a handful of your favorite nuts into a bowl – you can use all cashews, pecans, or a mix of any of your favorite nuts.
  • Add a few handfuls of your favorite fruits, such as blueberries, cut up bananas or strawberries, raspberries, etc.
  • Then add half a cup of almond or coconut milk and stir together with a spoon.
  • If you’d like to add smaller nuts or seeds, you can do so to add more crunch.
  • Enjoy!
