lacking in protein, here’s a great way to start your day:
- Place a handful of your favorite nuts into a bowl – you can use all cashews, pecans, or a mix of any of your favorite nuts.
- Add a few handfuls of your favorite fruits, such as blueberries, cut up bananas or strawberries, raspberries, etc.
- Then add half a cup of almond or coconut milk and stir together with a spoon.
