Here is a quick morning stretch routine that you can do while brushing your teeth:
Stand facing the toilet with the seat down. Place one leg up with the heel on the toilet seat. Lean forward over the leg to stretch the hamstring. Hold for 10 seconds and then repeat with the other leg.
Sit on the toilet seat and cross your right ankle over your left knee. Lean forward to feel a stretch in your right glute, and then hold for 10 seconds. Repeat with the other side.
Stand up tall, and use the hand that is not holding your toothbrush to hold onto the door and twist. Keep your hips facing forward as you twist from above your waist to stretch your upper back and chest.
