- Drink a couple of glasses of water. If you are fatigued, you may be dehydrated.
- Sniff peppermint oil or drink peppermint tea. The strong and soothing scent of peppermint helps open up your sinuses and also is an invigorating scent.
- Do some relaxing yoga breathing. Breathe in through the nose, and out through the nose, slowly. You can also integrate some side stretches into your breathing to open up your lungs and sides of your waistline.
