Parking Lot Workout If you’re looking for a new place to exercise, here are some routines that you can do in a parking lot: o Stand in front of a parking space line (that divides parking spaces) and use the line as an obstacle: Jump forward and back over the line with two feet, jump forward and back while balancing on one foot (so only one foot jumps), and even run over and back. o Run or even lunge forward and go through 10 parking spaces, then go backwards. o Stand on a parking space line, and begin shuffling, staying on a line throughout the parking lot. Your feet must stay on a line as you shuffle!
