Do you grip your toes or tend to feel off balance? Here’s what your toes may be saying to you:
- If you look down in many poses and your toes are gripping hard to the mat, you may be holding on to past events and beliefs. Try lifting the toes up and letting go of them, while pressing into the floor with your heel instead.
- If you feel wobbly and off balance, you may not be used to using your toes or your whole foot while standing. Redistribute the balance evenly by pressing down with the inner and outer heel, as well as evenly through the big toe and pinky toe.
