If youíre tired and want to stretch, but donít feel like moving very much, these poses are for you:
- Lying flat on your back, hold your strap with both hands and wrap it around your right foot. Straighten your right leg up towards the ceiling, engage the quad, and gently pull the strap to bring the leg closer to you. Keep the left leg on the ground, and feel a stretch behind the right leg.
- From this position, you can open the leg out to the right. Grab the strap in the right hand and gently release the leg down to the right, keeping it straight. Make sure the left hip stays even with the right, and keep the left butt cheek connected to the ground.
- While lying down, get into your glutes by bending your knees with your feet flat on the ground. Cross your right ankle over your left knee, and gently pull your left leg in closer to you. Feel a stretch in your right glute, and then repeat on the other side.
