I hear a lot of people say that they can’t squeeze in a workout or a yoga session because they don’t have enough time. While I respect this reason, I also have a few challenges to this reason:
- Why isn’t there enough time? Why haven’t you made enough time? Why haven’t you made exercise or your yoga practice a priority and fit it into your schedule? These are the deeper questions.
- Next, do you have an ideal in your head about working out? For example, is your workout only successful if you can dedicate at least 60 minutes to it? Change your frame of mind around how long your workout needs to be in order for it to be effective.
- Finally, try to plan out your day or week in advance and put your own workout or yoga practice onto your calendar. It is just like your other important meetings during the week.
