I hear a lot of people say that they canít squeeze in a workout or a yoga session because they donít have enough time. While I respect this reason, I also have a few challenges to this reason:
- Why isnít there enough time? Why havenít you made enough time? Why havenít you made exercise or your yoga practice a priority and fit it into your schedule? These are the deeper questions.
- Next, do you have an ideal in your head about working out? For example, is your workout only successful if you can dedicate at least 60 minutes to it? Change your frame of mind around how long your workout needs to be in order for it to be effective.
- Finally, try to plan out your day or week in advance and put your own workout or yoga practice onto your calendar. It is just like your other important meetings during the week.
