	Useful to rehab/prevent repetitive strains: wrist, elbow, shoulder. Known for its proven outcome to heal tennis or golf elbow, but you can do different kinds of resistance exercises. Easy to grip; secure to bend. Portable! If you have weak, inflamed, painful wrists and low forearm strength, go Yellow or Red. Else, buy Green. Highly recommend Yoga Accessories for price and service.
