Zafus and Zabutons

In a perfect world on a perfect day, meditation requires nothing. It's a time to resolve one's self to betterment and change. In an imperfect world, meditation is hard. It requires concentration and time. While we cannot help with the latter, we can help with the former. Concentration is easier to achieve when comfortable. 

We took our cue from Japan in creating these meditation pillows. They allow for comfort during long hours of thought. Zafus and zabutons have been used for centuries in Japar for just the purpose of meditation.

Zafus are round cushions, about 14 inches in diameter. Zabutons are large flat square floor pillows, about 20-30 inches long on each side. They are both traditionally used together by the Japanese to make lengthy sitting meditation more comfortable. Zabutons double as a yoga bolster when folded in half.
