Although I have practiced yoga on and off for 20 years this purchase of 1 inch blocks were for my Gazelle machine ; they allow me to stand on the pedals bare foot. They feel great like a foot massage while I work out!

Very useful

I've been loving how versatile these blocks are! I use them with many of my traveling yoga classes (very light and portable). They can be used as knee pads, for stability exercises, and the obvious ways you would normally use a yoga block as well. I use them for a variety of age groups and types of class. Not to mention they hold up well! Would definitely buy again- highly recommend.
