I'm not sure what it means for this ball to be labeled with a range of 45-55 cm, but YA's sizings absolutely do not conform to the general sizing recommendations for yoga balls. I am 5'3 and a 55cm ball is considered standard. In Yoga Accessories balls, the 55-65 ball is listed as for individuals over 5'7'', so I went with the 45-55. It is WAY too small even when fully inflated; it seems to be a standard 45cm ball. My knees were not at a right angle, and this ball was a total waste of money because it hurt my back pain rather than helping it! Really disappointing.

Great product, it holds up well to exercise (and a bit of play with my dog). It stays inflated for quite some time, and provides good solid support for sit ups and core training but also for sitting at my home office desk. And, like I mentioned, I have a 50 lb dog and the two of us play keep away with this ball, which is both fun and funny - I get a great laugh every time we play!
