Spilled in the package

I didn't get a chance to try this cleaner. When it arrived in the mail, the top had come off the bottle and it spilled inside the box, soaking the other contents of the box (cork wedge boards which are now all soapy and slick). I'm surprised the post office delivered the box. I called Yoga Accessories and they said they would replace this item, which I have yet to receive(this was three weeks ago). I'm very disappointed with this order; past orders from this company have been fine.

where is my cleaner

Okay this is more about the company than the product. I can't review the product because I NEVER GOT IT! The last information I got is it was sent via Fed-ex and then NOTHING. Weeks have gone by and I get an e-mail that asks for a review and I have to say your attention to detail and lack of follow up is awful.
