Shipping policy

All orders must be shipped to a physical address, as we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Any changes to the delivery address after the order has been shipped will accrue additional fees.

We hold responsibility for orders until they are dropped at the designated delivery address at which point you take ownership of all boxes included in the order. We are not responsible for any stolen packages. However if the package was not successfully delivered to you please notify us within 48 hours so that we can assist you.
